Aaron Polites born 26/9/1988 in East Melbourne, grew up in Victoria playing
every sport he possibly could. Since school he was playing football, basketball, ski racing, racing dirt bikes, if it was sport he was involved.

However, by the age of 15, Aaron went through several bike racing accidents which damaged his shoulders and he required surgery.

After the surgery, Aaron was instructed to start lifting weights by the doctor.

Since then he has fallen in love with the sport of bodybuilding winning 7 x Mr Qld, 4 x Mr Australia, The Arnold Classic, 3 x Australasia Champ, NZ Pro Champ and Top 10 Mr Olympia in the 212 Division.
